1. Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments
2. Shipping fees – . All USA and international orders are shipped UPS or USPS standard shipping. Quicker shipping is available upon request at an additional fee. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees of $3.00 per shipment and are additional from the actual postage fee that will vary according to the weight, size and shipping address. Rush service are unavailable for all international shipping.
3. Billing – All payments are made through a secure system. All orders are billed when ordered and shipped within 5-7 days of ordering unless item is back-ordered or it is stated in the description that delivery is longer than 5-7 days. All back-order status will be notified by email.
4. Returns – Some items are not returnable please read descriptions carefully. If an item arrives damaged from shipping you must contact us immediately by email to obtain an authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. All items that are made to order are not returnable except for damages due to shipping or wrong items shipped. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please email with any questions prior to purchase. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have prior authorization and an authorization number to be accepted in our receiving department. All returns must have ALL original tags and packaging intact. A return will be refused if original tags are detached and the packaging has been opened. We regret that shipping and fees are non-refundable.
